So on Saturday Molly and I decided to go out and enjoy the beautiful weather at Golden Gate Park. Joel was working on a story about Disc Golf for his communications program at SFSU and he brought out the camera to finish his story. We got there right in time to meet the big cheeses of bay area disc golf and were able to buy a few discs of our own from them. Although we were probably the only ones out there who weren't high or drunk it was a good experience to participate in San Francisco's Disc Golf culture. We'll be heading out soon to check out some of the other courses they have in Berkeley and Lake Chabot. Here is a clip of Molly's drive on the 11th hole. It was one of the hardest holes on the course. Enjoy...and if you're a fan of challenging sports you might want to give disc golf a try.

There's a drive, an approach, and a putt
This week was a good week! When Molly and I moved to Alameda in October there were many times when we would be driving down Central Ave. past Washington Park only to see a bunch of people playing softball under the lights. After some research I found out just recently that the summer league was about to get underway and I was fortunate enough to contact the woman in charge just in time to register for a team. So Boom Goes the Dynamite took the field for the second time after the week 1 loss on Thursday night and we won in a 7th inning thriller 9-7. Down 6-5 in the 6th inning with time running out and only one inning left to play we rallied back in the top of the 7th and scored 4 runs and then were able to hold off Otaez for the win. It was a lot of fun and deserved a thumbs up from Mike, Joel, and I.

If Molly were a Spice Girl, she'd totally be sporty spice
It looks like you guys are having fun! Mackenzie and I were laughing at your mascot guy doing the free throws, and I too have often wondered what life would have been like being raised by some cartoon character. So when are you coming up for a visit? We miss you and love you.
I'm hoping for win #2 tonight against Larm's Vikings.
