The Bay Area does Christmas right

This week before we head down to my parent's house we are trying to check-out the Christmas sights in the Bay Area. One night we went with Anne & Mike to the Morgan Stanley Skating Christmas party. Every year they have a night of ice skating at the rink across from the Ferry Building. It was a lot of fun...thanks for working hard Mike. Although we did almost sufficate on the BART ride home.

Skating rink.

Photo booth.

Kc and I drove down Thompson Lane in Alameda it was decorated with so many lights and extra large Christmas figures. It was amazing.

Abominable Snowman.

Then Kc and I were driving to the grocery store and found this lovely leg. FRAGILE!

Oakland Temple very decked out. Merry Christmas!

It's so weird not to see snow everywhere.

Your blog always make me homesick for the bay area. I love the lights on the temple. When we moved here I was shocked not to see lights at the Seattle Temple, I figured they all did it for the holidays.

I want to live there too...and it is a good thing you are seeing a lot of lights up there. So. California is disappointing when it comes to decorating. Boooo. K.C. you need to go on a decorating spree. Get your old boss out here.
