Are you kidding me?
Kc and I have been having one of those weeks where there is good news and then bad news in a continual cycle. On Tuesday I went in for a job interview at Clean Well, to be their sole Graphic Designer in house, hopefully I get a job offer. (cleanwelltoday.com) Wednesday I was about to buy a new laptop battery because my computer shuts down every 5 minutes, but I found out I am eligible for a recall battery. Both good news. Then on Thursday when Kc was driving 50 miles away to take a few tests for Independent study our car started to break down. Today we took it in to the auto shop, and they said it should be no more then $150. So we left feeling like we had dodged a bullet usually every trip to the shop costs $700 or more. But by the end of the day they called us and said they found a few more things wrong and we could pick it up at 5:30. The damage was a lot more than $150 all for a pipe and a cap. I feel like you walk in and you are in their hands- you are going to pay whatever they say- there is no negotiating because you don't speak their mechanical language.
