Fourth of July

Over the 4th Kc and I headed to Zion National Park with my family and had an awesome time. I didn't take one picture, but I have bummed some off of my sisters. We spent some time hiking, swimming, eating, mini-golfing, celebrating my mom's birthday and crafting.

The first hike was the Orderville Gulch to the Narrows- which was really fun! Shout out to Carson Orme for reccomending that trail. There was three rapels where we used rope and a lot of jumping into water from a ledge and going head under. The only brutal part was the ending where you are basically hiking on wet bowling balls all the way down the Narrows. In my opinion doable for a 5 1/2 month pregnant lady. Thanks to Eric for carrying heavy and wet rope.

Angels Landing Hike had some sweet views and a taste of danger!

On the wagon ride. Hair is a mess, but here is one of few pregnant pics.

Group pic after a horse drawn wagon ride to a dutch oven dinner. Kc looks like he has two wives in this picture.

Come Back soon

The past little while has been pretty busy but three weeks ago Anne and Mike our only family up here in the Bay Area left us for L.A. It was fun being neighbors! Come back and visit.

A Boy or Girl???

So we haven't posted anything on here yet about what's been going on but for those of you who don't know yet Molly and I are having a baby!  We went in this morning to get the first ultrasound done where we can see...that it's a BOY!!  I wanted to take some video of the ultrasound but they wouldn't let us.  This is Molly anxiously awaiting the verdict.

So to celebrate the good news we went to the Oakland Zoo. haha. The Gibbons were one of my favorites and Molly was a huge fan of the Giraffes.  I can't remember the last time I went to the zoo but I felt like a 5 year old there.

San Fran and Monterey with the Packers and Browns

So the Browns were in town for Memorial day weekend and we had to join them in all the fun.  We went out on the Blue and Gold cruise and this was a shot of us coming around behind Alcatraz.  It was a little windy.

Later that day we ran up to the top of the Mark.  It's a sweet hotel that has an awesome view of the city.

So on Memorial day we headed down to Monterrey with the Browns and got to see some of the sites.  Even though it was a little foggy it was still nice and we got to see some things down there that we had never seen before like the lone cypress...
Then on the 17 mile drive we stopped at Pebble Beach where they're going to be holding the US Open in a couple weeks.  We got to walk down to the 18th green and hang out for a bit.  They were putting together huge grandstands.  Maybe someday I'll get to play there.

Update time

It's been a while so here are a few updates of what we've been up to.  A while back Stanford was hosting the NCAA men's volleyball championships so Molly and I headed over to watch a quick match of Penn State and Stanford....Stanford dominated

iPod, check MacBook, check ARCHIPOD- still need

Cause who doesn't need a work office that looks like this? It even has a hatch door and a Life Aquatic-like port hole window. I think I would get a lot of work done in this Archipod, but I might have to paint the inside so I didn't feel like I was in a white bubble. I love that name. archipod...archipod...archipod.

Random Conversation with a stranger

I was minding my own business walking from the San Francisco Soup Co. to my office when a disturbed frappuccino drinker said hello to me. She was probably around 19 years old and she said her name was Tiara.

Tiara: Hey, how is your day?
Me: Good, how are you?
Tiara: CAN YOU BELIEVE JESSICA SIMPSON, She is crazy?
Me: What, tell me about it?
Tiara: She like never brushes her teeth, that is disgusting. She wipes her teeth with her sweater instead of brushing her teeth. Can you believe that?
Me: I heard something about that- I cannot go that long myself.
Tiara: There is no excuse for poor hygiene, and she is turning 30, it's disgusting.
Me: Disgusting that she is turning 30?
Tiara: No, that she is that old and doesn't brush her teeth. Don't you think she is crazy?
Me: Yeah I do, you have convinced me, well I got to go back to work. Thanks for the chat!

Oakland City Center is filled with some pretty sweet people.
