Fourth of July in Monterey

Josie, Eric, Ethan and Cohen have finally relocated to Pacific Grove right in time for a get together for the 4th. What is great is how close they moved to us in the Bay Area. Family close by again, hooray.

Playing at Mom and Dad's hotel before we went for a swim. Mom is watching Wimbeldon while playing with Hank

Mom made delicious cupcakes and drove them up from LA, very festive

Hank did not like how cold the water was and was furious when I left him alone in his floaty

So cold he went to the hot tub on his own

Cohen loved the jets and warm water too

This was Hank's first time in a real pool/jacuzzi. I think he loved it.

 Sunset down past Esplanade Park
Martha and Shane pulled in at the perfect time from LA traffic

 Eric and Ethan

Hank bonding with Shane he was confused thinking Shane was KC while we were waiting for him to meet up with us the day later

Happy Birthday Mom, we always end up getting her clothes cause she seems to have everything else. And she looks good in everything.

Washing Hank in the kitchen, Josie's Kitchen has two sinks luckily

In the center of the action while sitting in the tub, nothing better in Hank's book

Pizza and Disney

One weekend after Kc got out of work we met him in the city to do something fun before watching sports or relaxing at home took over our Saturday. When Anne and Mike lived in the city they went to the Disney Family Museum with our parents and said that it was pretty sweet. So I bought the tickets first and told Kc we were going second. Just kidding I text him to make sure he would go. We got some pizza at Pizzaria Delfina first and then drove over to the Presidio.

Sharing a breadstick at the pizzeria

KC psyched about the art behind him
When we got to the pizza place, he said, "this is so a place that you would pick out."
Is that a compliment or are you mocking me?

Hank and Walt, I was trying to see if he was in B/W would he look a part of the original image. Not so much.

No strollers allowed, by the time we finished the museum we were exhausted carrying this fidgety guy around.

Beating the Heat

Instead of paying $5 to go to the local pool with Hank, I decided to make his bath into his personal baby pool. He loved it and put on a show. I did not even pose him for any of these pictures, he just got in some funny positions on his own.

 Really thinking about something

About 8 months

I am delayed on updating my blog. I started to create the posts, but never quite uploaded them.

Following the sun again

When Hank gets mad, he went through this phase where he would go flat on the floor and lick the ground. Weird!

Two bottom teeth fully in

KC getting home right in time to see Hank in the bath before bed

There was a week here in the East Bay where it got really hot. 90- 100 degrees is not the usual. So Hank and I spent some time outside. He was the lucky one that got to wear a tank top.

He loves to snuggle fabric and stuffed animals like this
Sketchy neighbors that needed a glare I guess

 So Happy!
