If Molly were an astronaut...this is what she would look like on the moon...or maybe even Mars.

4th Anniversary
I took a turn making plans for our anniversary this year and decided on a stay-cation. I found a cheap hotel with a pool and prayed for swimming weather. It wasn't so much swimming weather but we had fun biking to the Golden Gate, eating and checking out a new city. People from Pennsylvania asked us where we were visiting from at the continental breakfast and we were laughing when we said we lived 25 minutes away.
Kc posing in front of the sea airplane that we took to Mill Valley for the weekend! Psych..we just spotted it along the bike path on the way to the Golden Gate.

Crazy fog in Sausalito
Taj Mahal, CA this is actually someones floating private residence, it is chained up to the dock.
Windy, cold and foggy at the Golden Gate.
Has anyone else walked across this bridge and gotten hit in the face the whole time by car debris?
Stinson Beach was cold and cloudy, we only stayed for about an hour or so. After the European family that was next to us left we were less entertained and decided to head home. The Europeans must not have anticipated going to the beach that day because their daughter went swimming in just underwear and she was at least 11. And all of the boys were swimming in speedos, which was nuts because the air temperature was only high 60s. Kc was looking out for shark attacks. No luck.

I am not sure if I forced Kc to buy me something for our anniversary or not, but it worked. I came home from work with the missionaries and Kc sitting at our dinner table with this as the centerpiece. I am glad we could share our anniversary dinner with the missionaries this year.

I have watched this monologue over and over the past two days.
After the commercial skip to 1:54.
That fist pumping is much harder than it looks, especially when it gets going fast and you have to put the pointed finger on the right hand. The best part is the smile right before he fist pumps.

Six and a half months
I tried to take a pregnancy picture on my own before church a few weeks ago while Kc was at a meeting, but it didn't work very well. Kc helped me though when he got home.
I wear the same stuff a lot while being pregnant, especially this sweater. I wore it today in fact.
So far we have set-up a crib and changing table and my friend Liz gave us the rocker swing behind me. I have 11 weeks to go which is nuts because for a long time I hadn't really pictured myself with my own kid. I have been an aunt to nieces and nephews and always thought kids were a while off. But after hanging around Kc that changed, the man wants kids and has since the day we were married. Easier to say I think when you are not the one carrying the baby. It has been rough at times, but mostly pretty sweet. I am getting excited and prepping to go to classes before the end of October.

Fourth of July
Over the 4th Kc and I headed to Zion National Park with my family and had an awesome time. I didn't take one picture, but I have bummed some off of my sisters. We spent some time hiking, swimming, eating, mini-golfing, celebrating my mom's birthday and crafting.
The first hike was the Orderville Gulch to the Narrows- which was really fun! Shout out to Carson Orme for reccomending that trail. There was three rapels where we used rope and a lot of jumping into water from a ledge and going head under. The only brutal part was the ending where you are basically hiking on wet bowling balls all the way down the Narrows. In my opinion doable for a 5 1/2 month pregnant lady. Thanks to Eric for carrying heavy and wet rope.

Angels Landing Hike had some sweet views and a taste of danger!
On the wagon ride. Hair is a mess, but here is one of few pregnant pics.

The past little while has been pretty busy but three weeks ago Anne and Mike our only family up here in the Bay Area left us for L.A. It was fun being neighbors! Come back and visit.

A Boy or Girl???
So we haven't posted anything on here yet about what's been going on but for those of you who don't know yet Molly and I are having a baby! We went in this morning to get the first ultrasound done where we can see...that it's a BOY!! I wanted to take some video of the ultrasound but they wouldn't let us. This is Molly anxiously awaiting the verdict.
So to celebrate the good news we went to the Oakland Zoo. haha. The Gibbons were one of my favorites and Molly was a huge fan of the Giraffes. I can't remember the last time I went to the zoo but I felt like a 5 year old there.
